Over to Sayre High School tonight to shoot the Sayre Wyalusing boys basketball showdown. Sayre led at the half and eventually pulled out the win by 8 with a score of 64-56 over Wyalusing. Better shooting tonight and needless to say the lighting is much better in this venue than most local gyms. Props to SASD and the athletic dept. for the new lights. The crowd was pretty lame and I was quite disappointed at the lack of enthusiasm by the student body. During the singing of the alma mater I was lost for a moment thinking I might be at a funeral. Alas, the boys pulled out a tough win against Wyalusing. I was able to shoot at f/2 1/640 ISO 1600 for most of the game. No flash thanks. Off to NEB Friday.Wednesday, January 12, 2011
