Was going through my Flickr acct. and noticed someone added some of these North-South All Star game photos to their favorites. I was just getting into the sports shooting mode a few years back when I snapped this one. It is still one of my favorites. I think I had just got my Canon 40D which I used to shoot this with my 70-200 lens. I remember this kid being pretty amazing, and def. got some air time on this spectacular catch. Though 2011 football season is a long way off yet, I am getting excited to start shooting the baseball season !!
I am on the road tonight to shoot Mansfield High School again in their first round of the PIAA Dist. IV state playoffs at Mansfield University. I hope the creeks cooperate and let me get there safely as many of the roads in that area are now closed or will be closed due to the flooding we are currently experiencing. I enjoy shooting at MU for the great crowds and fantastic ambient.
